Traditional cure to Sore throats

Instantly, traditional remedies can be of great help and sage to get rid of mild disorders. Some of them are decoctions or herbal infusions taken warm or hot or cold. Generally, these traditional remedies are advised to be undertaken only with the awarness of what type of herbal is consumed and knowing its benefits. But if the problem persists it is advisable to approach appropriate physist.

Here some of the experienced Traditional remedies to cure sore throat are given for welfare:
  • Lemon juice: A gargle made of the juice of a quarter lemon with 140 ml of warm water  is antiseptic and reduces inflammation. It may be alternated hourly with a gargle of non-herbal tea. Continue gargling at regular intervals for about 2 days. In case of severeness, drink the juice of lemon with a pulped clove of garlic in it.
  • Sage: Garlic with half cup of sage infused as a tea or with half teapoonful of sage tincture in a little water.
  • Cider Vinegar: Make a soothing drink withj hot water, honey and a scant tablespoon of cider vinegar.
  • Salt: This is the common methid. Add 1 teaspoonful of salt to 1/2 cup of warm water and gargle 3-6 times daily.
