Headache? Cure it naturally

Taking a break in your busy schedule can relieve some of the tension that causes many headaches. Chamomile tea has compounds that help ease pain and relax you. Brew up a cup using one chamomile tea bag to a cup of just-boiled water. Allow to steep, covered, for 10 minutes. Sweeten with honey, if desired. Take a few minutes to sip the hot tea slowly while sitting in a quiet spot.

Do diet pills make you lazzy?

Popping a diet drug or some multivitamins could actually be bad for your health. In a series of experiments performed at research institutions in Taiwan, scientists found that people taking diet supplementsw behaved in ways that worked against their best interests; they also excercised less and ate more. A researcher called this "the curse of licensed selfindulgence."

Metal coffee bean

Dave Petrillo and Dave Jackson take the pride in inventing new metal coffee beans called Coffee Joulies which keep your beverage in a drinkable temperature for hours. The beans work by absorbing extra thermal energy in the drink when it's too hot, and then releasing that stored energy back into the drink to keep it at an optimum temperature as it begins to cool down, the Daily Mail reported. All you have to do is add a few to your drink as soon as it's poured, as the beans take up 15 per cent of the volume of a mug or flask, the inventors said.
