  1. Do not ever take oil bath in cold water.
  2. Avoid sleeping in day time on the day you had oil bath.
  3. Avoid gastric oriented foodstuffs.
  4. Pumpkin, Brinjal, Clusterbeans, Bottleguard, Snakeguard, Bitterguard, Spinach varieties, Horsegram and Vall beans are to be avoided.
  5. While applying oil before bath, dont miss to apply behind ears and on foot as the body heat quenches through these ways during bath.
  6. Those who suffer from sinus problem, can apply a mix of eucalyptus oil with vicks underneath neck, forehead, spine to avoid severe nose blocks.
These oil bath tips safeguards you against sinus, cough, sneeze, gastric problems and fever.
