1.    Watermelon:
This juicy fruit contains citrulline and arginine, chemicals that trigger production of nitric oxide, a compound that relaxes your body's blood vessels.

2.   Ginseng tea:
Ginseng has been used from ancient period by koreans and chinese to improve the body's response to stress and decrease feelings of anxiety. It also rejuvenates the body and lessens physical and mental stress.Sipping it slowly will also give you time to think over your initial reaction, which might have worse repercussions later.

3.   Salmon:
Salmon intake is associated with decreased chances of depression. The omega-3 fatty acid in salmon, called docosahexaenoic acid (DHA), is good for thinking and the decreased risk of certain brain-related problems.. Studies show people who eat ample amounts of DHA have a much lower incidence of depression, aggressiveness and hostility.

4.   Kidneys:
Lamb's kidneys are rich in phosphatidylserine which can improve memory and stress response. A study in the journal Nutritional Neuroscience has proved that food rich in phosphatidylserine were associated with feeling less stressed and having a better mood. Cow brain also contain high levels of phosphatidylserine but is always not recommended as the excess may lead to mad cow disease.
