Proteins and fats
Monday mornings are really hard for moms in getting up kids for schools. While today's kids are too smart and is hard to answer them why moms stick to healthy breakfast and snacks rather than the crunchy favorites of kids and answering them is the too crucial part of all. Here are some useful tips for moms to help them in breakfast and  snack preparation for kids to school. It not only aids for kids also for adults.

Eating a certain amount of protein with every meal and snack will enhance your body's ability to burn fat and will satisfy your appetite far better than carbohydrates alone.

  • For breakfast, yogurt or cottage cheese will boost your metabolism and the protein they contain will stimulate glucagon production.
  • Nuts and seeds provide both protein and healthy fats, so they are a great choice for a snack along with a piece of fruit.
  • Beans, lentils and chickpeas provide both protein and healthy carbohydrates; soya beans and foods made from soya, such as tofu, are particularly high in protein.
