Ayurvedic tips during pregnancy for easy and healthy delivery

  1. From 7 month onwards, pregnant women can drink a porridge done as follows for good lactation after delivery. ** fenugreek - 1/4 tablespoon
    ** 1/2 cup raw rice
    ** 5 garlic pieces
    ** Steam it well, smash it, add enough water and drink
  2. You can also try boiling garlic paste with milk nicely and drink from 7 months.
  3. Pomegranate juice is very good as it enriches the blood cells of both mother and baby. It also gives fair complexion for the baby by nature.
  4. To go for normal delivery, it is advised to do the following:
              ** Roast anise seed , add some water, let it boil then add black jaggery(karupatti in Tamil) and drink from 9 month onwards
              ** Before you go to bed have a warm water bath
    5.   When you get the delivery pain, have a spoon of honey and mix another half spoon of honey with balck cumin powder and spread over the stomach. Make the mixture as it fits to spread over the stomach.
