  1. Cabbage is rich in Estrogens that avoids Breast cancer. Consuming cabbage with wheat food like chapathi is good.
  2. Apple also aids to avoid Breast cancer.
  3. Mental depression, fear, during menstrual period can be avoided if cornflakes are consumed for breakfast.
  4. Do not wear Tummy belt immediately after delivery as it may disposition the uterus and it may also be the cause to discharge urine when sneezing or coughing. Wearing the tummy belt after 6 weeks of delivery is advisable.
  5. Banana a day for kids enhances brain activity due to its high content of Potassium. Also avoids constipation. It will not yield to cold.
  6. Before you send your kids to play make them drink a lot of water. It not only energizes them but also equalizes the water discharge through sweat.
  7. Do not hesitate curd for kids. Curd has high rich content of Probiotic which is good for intenstines and avoids any allergies to them.
  8. Drink lime juice with honey in empty stomach to get complete cure of cold and cough.
  9. Dry grapes, Gouva, Apple, Almonds, Milk oriented food are very essential in our daily diet to enhance calcium content. Calcium for women is highly essential for bone strength as women age more faster than men.
  10. A spoon of tulsi extract and honey in equal proportion purifies the blood. Intake of Tulsi daily also cures fits.
