  3. To avoid swelling during pregnancy intake of gooseberry, raddish, drumstick in meals will be efficient.
  4. Mango a day is very nutritious to health also avoid fatigue and any nerval issues.
  5. Mandara powder along with 2 tea spoon of honey also elevates nausea
