Beauty Tips

  1. If you are fat, do not reduce your diet to blank and remain hungry.
  2. To reduce the fat content of your body, reduce the amount of food intake.
  3. Do excercise till you sweat.
  4. Do not sleep as soon as you eat. Relax for 2 hours atleast after you eat and before you go to bed.
  5. Do not eat the food in haste and must not eat the food without chewing. Swallowing the food in haste affects the body routine.
  6. Avoid full cream milk and consume low fat milk or skimmed milk. Avoiding milk on whole is not good as milk is the prime source of calcium that is essential for bones.
  7. Totally avoid deep fried snacks.
  8. Avoid munching snacks as you talk to your friends, or when you watch Television.
  9. Increase the consumption of fresh juice, tender coconut water instead of coffee, tea, and artificially flavoured drinks.
  10. Avoid cashewnuts, peanuts, sauce, sweets totally if you are obese
  11. Check your weight regularly once for a month and calculate BMI(Body mass Index).
