Why 3G?


Food provides the body with the energy needed to sustain life. It is the raw material  for growth , repair , and maintenance of vital organs and tissues. A nutritious diet is the best means to prevent any illness or disease. We are what we eat. So why not try to have a balanced diet. Eating on regular intervals and coming up with a schedule and sticking to it will help one to control his/her diet. The balanced diet can be consumed through 3G which is a combination of GO , GROW AND GLOW foods.

  • GO FOR FOODS
  •   -  Dalia , Chapatti, ( with Daal, Basin Or Vegetables ), Sandwiches, Rice ( in Several Forms)
