Vitamins offer various benefits to the skin as suppression of pigmentation and bruising,  timulation of collagen synthesis, refinement of the skin surface, and antioxidant and anti- inflammatory effects.   1. Vitamin A: Anti-ageing, skin regenerating, protection and moisturising.  Get your daily recommended allowances of vitamin A through foods such as sweet potatoes, carrots, and dark, leafy vegetables.   4. Vitamin F: Moisturising, anti-ageing and elasticity. Fish, Herb, Nuts, Avacado, Seeds like pumpkin seeds, safflower, grape seed, flaxseed and sunflower seeds are rich in this vital nutritient.
